Delivery & Returns
We currently only deliver orders within the UK. If you are outside of the UK and wish to make a purchase, please get in touch and we will send you a bespoke shipping quote for your location.
Your order will be delivered either by a courier for medium to large or fragile items, or with FedEx for smaller items. If you are located near to our studio, you also have the option to pick up your order, however this does not apply to all products.

Some of our items are pre-order or made to order. Please ensure you check the estimated lead times and delivery dates on the product page of the item you are ordering.
FedEx delivery:
Approximate delivery time is between 2-4 working days and is UK wide. You will receive a tracking number from us in your shipping confirmation once your order has been picked up by FedEx.
Courier delivery:
We currently deliver to the following counties:

We also deliver to specific postcodes within Devon, Cornwall, Wales and Scotland at a slightly higher rate.

IV40+, KW16+, PA20+, PH41-44+
Approximate delivery time is between 3-7 working days for addresses within London, 5-10 working days for counties outside of London, and 7-12 working days to Scotland.

Returns
